To all our dear customers:

YES!  Westport in Bloom is delighted to announce that our tree pickup is finally cleared for takeoff!  And here is everything you need to know for pickup day:

Saturday, May 29th. As part of our efforts to ensure the safest possible conditions for all of us – Bloomers, volunteers, and you, our customers – we ask that you arrive in the following one-hour blocks:

Those with surnames beginning with:

                   A-G, arrive between 9:00 and 10:00

                   H-P, arrive between 10:00 and 11:00

R-Z, arrive between 11:00 and noon

Please note your scheduled time.  We’ll be moving as fast as we possibly can and hope we won’t keep anyone waiting, but we can’t guarantee it – so please bear with us!  If it is impossible for you to arrive during your scheduled hour, please contact us by replying to this email.

We will be doing curbside pickup at 43 Bedford St (Soho’s/The Review Mirror) in Westport (see the map here:

To pick up your trees, drive to the end of Concession Street in Westport and turn right onto Bedford Street.  An attendant will greet you just past the entrance to the St. Edward’s Church parking lot, and direct you to the next available loading station. Please stay in your vehicle until a volunteer can bring your trees to you. At that point you may exit your vehicle and load your own trees. Please be sure to wear your mask.

We are all looking forward to a safe and efficient delivery day. Needless to say, we are thrilled that we are finally able to deliver your long-awaited trees to you, and we thank you for your support and your patience!
